Salem Magic Show Privacy Policy Ticket Purchase Due the automated systems we use and their intense security measures. (Paypal, Eventbrite, Brown Paper Tickets) We do not require your credit card number at any time. Your purchases will be secure through the third party sources. Information Capture The Salem Magic Show and Agent 86 Magic Productions will Never use or sell your email address, personal information or any related information to any third party sources. Refunds No refund will be given for any tickets purchased to The Salem Haunted Magic Show presents "Mirror/Mirror". You may reschedule your ticket date (subject to availability) please call our offices at 1-888-830-0038 to expedite the change. Restrictions The Salem Magic Show and their team will not allow anyone into the performance(s) who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. We reserve the right to dismiss anyone from the performances who appear to be unsuitable for the audience. No refunds will be given to those asked to leave for these reasons. All ages are welcome to the performances. However we politely request that you refrain from bringing small children or toddlers. The show is family friendly indeed, but is geared to a more mature audience. Anyone 9 years and older are welcome. Those we deem to be a potential disturbance during the show may be asked to sit towards the back of the audience (this is only used for small babies or infants/toddlers who tend to wander when unwatched). Attire Due to the nature of the atmostphere in Salem during October. We do not discriminate against wearing costumes during the performances. However, we reserve the right to not allow in any offensive, insulting, racial, or inapropriate costumes. You will be asked to remove them or forfeit admission to the show. This is a family audience! Be respectful!If you are not wearing a costume you're fine! However the same rules apply on inapropriate clothing. Access The Hawthorne Hotel and their Library (where the performances will be held) are handicap acessible. Any requiring special assistance into the performance should inform the front desk of the hotel prior to coming down to the Libray. Also if you require a space for a wheel chair or a wheel chair itself. Please inform the front desk. Food & Beverage The Hawthorne Hotel does not allow in any outside food or beverage. Drinks and souveniers may be purchased during the intermission and at the ends of each performance. Absolutey no alcoholic beverages of any kind will be allowed in. Those attempting to bring in alcholic bevergaes will be asked to discard them or forfeit admission to the performances. Hotel Accomodations The Salem Haunted Magic Show does not offer any hotel accomodations with purchase of your tickets. Any reservations for the hotel must be made via the Hawthorne's website or by phone. Information You can reach our offices by phone for tickets orders and general inquiries at 1-888-830-0038 Inclement Weather If poor weather prevents you from attending the show you may reschedule your tickets for a later date. (due to availability) We will not be offering any refunds or partial refunds for any tickets purchased. You may use your ticket for another date or the following year's show.
